Strange Popup/Dialog Window Issue

I'm guessing this is some kind of MIME type problem.

It's not a computer, I've tried several computers. Same issues.

It's not a browser issue directly; yet different problems on IE and Firefox.

Unfortunately, the Hosting ISP is not very cooperative in finding a solution.

If anyone has any ideas, feel free to comment.

I get a couple of error messages thru Firefox. On the second window which opens a temporary page, I get the following errors:

Invalid Character
Invalid Character
'FCKBrowserInfo' is undefined
Object Expected
Object Expected
'FCKLang' is undefined
'FCKBrowserInfo' is undefined
Object Expected
