I just upgraded to the latest release and now I'm seeing three "characters" in the upper left corner above the editor...
The are and "i" with two dots, a "chevron", and and upside down question mark..
View the "Generated Source" does not reveal their location. They only appear to show up in Mozilla browsers (Latest Thunderbird on both Mac and Windows), not IE 5 or 6
I may have some configuration wrong, maybe for "language"..????
Ring any bells for anyone..????

I changed all the encoding to ISO-8859-1 (which is what we use) on the necessary files and all is well..
