I've downloaded the version 2.6 and still, I have issues with FCKeditor with explorer. There is NO coma in the last line of the FCKConfig.ToolbarSets.
It worked a couple of time, and then nothing.. and I haven't done anything in between... 
Plus, sometime we are having that kind of problem with firefox (but if we empty our "cache" that resolve the problem) ..
What could it be?
