Cant quite get Speller Pages integrated with FCK.
Firstly, Aspell works fine from the command line so I know thats not an issue.
When pressing the spell check button on FCK, up pops Speller with the 'Spell check in progress ......' dialog. This quickly disappears, then nothing. If one of the buttons is then pressed I get the message 'Error: Word frame not available'.
Help! Please! So near, yet so far!

Re: Speller Pages integration
Have you managed to get an answer for this problem. I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Aspell is correctly configured and i can run it from the command line, no problem.
My FCKEditor is using the Java integration. So essentially the editor is embedded into my jsp as a jsp tag. When i enter text in the editor i get the spellchecker.html popup with the Spell Check in Progress .... message. From looking at the code the spellchecker.html is essentially in a frameset with the top being the word window frame which should be populated with the text from the editor and the bottom frame is the control window (controls.html). The top frame has an onload event which tries to post to spellchecker.php which is essentially invoking the spell check with a call to Aspell. For some reason i have noticed this call or event is sometimes ignored because when i check the console the spellchecker.php output is not always displayed in the console. The other issue or problem that appears to be happening is that when the spellchecker.php is called successfully and i can see this in my console when it happens it is suppose to setup a wordWindowObject which contains the original text. The errors and suggestions which should then be written out to the wordwindow frame (wordWindowObj.writeBody();) . The writting never seems to happen. I did a test in firefox and miraculously got it to work once. But only once.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have spent a day and a bit looking at this problem and cant figure it out. Need to get this working for a demonstration to a client.

Zorro
