I think the problem may have to do with going through my proxy to get the internet. Is there a way to tell the editor how to use the system proxy? Does it try to do that by default?
The problem were reported from several customers and we have tried to reproduce it in various environments. The only configuration we are able to reproduce it is IE6 with disabled navigation sub-frames across different domain (Menu-> Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Internet -> Custom Level -> Miscellaneous Section -> Navigate sub-frames across different domain -> Disable). Disable is not default value for this parameter. It can be easily re-set by clicking "Default Level" button for "Internet Zone" in the Internet Options dialog Security Tab.
