Spell check feature?

I have FCKVersion 2.0. According documentation, it suppose has the spell check feature.
Does anybody know how to make that feature work?

The Spell Check feature is actually a call to a third party IE Plugin - which if not installed, the editor *should* prompt to install it. (it does for 1.6)
