Spell Checker

I just installed FCKeditor and want to enable spell checker for clients so that they don't have to download ieSpell themselves. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this? I did search previous posts but there didnt seem to be a solution in the past. Is it possible to ask my hosting company to install/support this in some way? Thanks.

ieSpell is software that needs to be installed to each client computer. The configuration variable "FCKConfig.IeSpellDownloadUrl" allows this to get downloaded from your server and thus be more reliable. You do this by simply posting this download to your web site.

Server side spell checking avoids client side dependancies, such as the SpellerPages option of FCKeditor. However, this would then need to be installed and available on the server.
