Span problem

Hi all, i had FCK editor and i've updated it with ckeditor last version. But when i use styles to edit text like font, color or size (and ckeditor use span tags) they don't work on my site(text is not visualized). Another thing i want to ask is how i can add the option to upload images on website and not only url them.
