Source editing withToolbar

Once again, I'm sure this must have been asked somewhere, but am not able to find the answer...
I wanted to know if there is a way to enable people to use the toolbar in source mode, i.e. either with source view or with SwitchEditMode() ?

That is, can we use FCKEditor to give people an option between an HTML source editing and Wysiwyg editing in forms?
