Source code, not the editor is displayed (ASP

I have been having a terrible time trying to get the editor to display properly. All I get is the source code of the page, not the editor's gui.

I have a feeling it's a server configuration issue, because I can get the editor to display on other sites, including the fckeditor.net

Can anyone help me with whatever settings have to be changed on the server? I have root access as Admin.
