Solve an already solved bug without upgrading? v2.4 BUG-1659

Hello,
I use the FCKEditor ColdFusion "2.4" build "1148" in my production servers, now i'm handling a Out Of Memory problem with IE7, that is a already solved BUG in the 2.4.1 version, identified as "[SF BUG-1659613] The 2.4 version introduced a bug in the flash handling code that generated out of memory errors in IE7."

My problem is that i can't upgrade to a new version, but i have to copy the solved code lines from the 2.4.1 version and paste into my 2.4 version. How can i identify what has been changed, and solve my problem?
