I'm trying to install 2.2 on a Solaris server. The samples work fine in Internet Explorer, but in Firefox, the toolbar buttons don't display. At first, I tried just FTPing the files from my Windows machine. (Then I tried downloading the tar.gz version and installing directly on Solaris, but this created .cfm files that were nonexecutable, and it was too much trouble to go through and chmod all of them.) And Firefox works on my Windows machine.
I tried putting in an alert() at the top of fckeditorcode_gecko_2.js, but never got executed. Everything except the toolbar seems to work.
Any suggestions on (a) what I may have overlooked in FTPing the files that could cause this problem, or (b) how to debug it?
