Simplest or less of?

What are the files needed to run the simplest or less of FCKeditor?
I just downloaded the latest version and it's:
4.98MB(on disk) downloaded.

4.27MB(on disk) without the _samples folder
what files do I need for PHP?
Full editing and uploading without the unnecessary extras.

It was a PATH problem.

Got it down to 1.96MB(size on disk)
