Hello All,
I have searched for several days trying to find out why I can't see FCKEdit on my webpage when it's inside an <EditItemTemplate> tag in ASP.NET. It works fine if I take it outside so I guess it's something to do with the creation of this tag at runtime. I have followed an example on how to create a simple CMS sytem at http://blog.evonet.com.au/post/2008/09/01/Creating-a-Content-Management-System-for-your-ASPNET-Web-Site.aspx but to no avail.
Here is the snipet of code that gives no errors other than a blank silent stare in the browser:
<asp:FormView DataKeyNames="page" DataSourceID="dsSiteAdministration" ID="FormView2" runat="server" DefaultMode="Edit" Width="272px">
<EditItemTemplate>
<FCKeditorV2:FCKeditor ID="FCKeditor1" runat="server" Value='<%# Bind("html") %>' BasePath="~/FCKeditor/" EnableXHTML="true" >
</FCKeditorV2:FCKeditor>
<asp:LinkButton ID="btnSave" runat="server" CommandName="Update" Text="Save changes" />
</EditItemTemplate>
</asp:FormView>
Any help would of course be gratefully appreciated. I'm starting to think it's a bug in this version of FCKEdit.
Best Wishes,
Tom
