Show Some HTML Tags [mediawiki, biblio.php)

I am trying to use FCK with the biblio.php extension for mediawiki. It has a custom HTML-style tags that I would like to be shown in the view of the editor, and if possible make them non-editable. Where can I make FCK show certain tags?

Sample biblio.php syntax:
<biblio>
#someReference http://www.somesite.com/
</biblio>
