Show Inside and Border lines on WP Blog

I am new to CKEditor and THANK YOU for it.
I have read a number of posts where Users are trying to GET RID of lines and borders.
I have the opposite issue. I am trying to get them to show.
I changed borders from"0" to "2" ...not luck.
Can anyone help me in somewhat layman's terms. I am very basic in code.

Isn't it just the wrong syntax if you just put the number? To my knowledge, the common syntax rules would be "2px", not just "2" instead of "0".
