Shortcut keys for changing formats (e.g. heading 1 and paragraph)

I'm a user of FogBugz which is using CKEditor 3.6.3

I can't find anything at http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Users_Guide/Keyboard_Shortcuts that tells me what shortcut keys I can use to change formats, e.g. apply Heading 1, or apply paragraph.

There doesn't appear to be any magic key sequence in the editor either, e.g. h1., that will replace that string with the formatting that I want.

Am I missing something?

Is it possible for me to hack the javascript client side to add these hotkeys?

What do FogBugz need to do to support these hotkeys so I can avoid having to do client side hacks?
