Several FCKEditors on the same page with different FontColor

I need to have several FCKEditors on the same window with different color list for each...
Is there a way to modify FCKConfig.FontColors (located in fckconfig.js) with a function?
I need to specify the color list when I do the oFCKeditor=new FCKeditor('field');
