It's during your create(); Change the BasePath value to match where you uploaded it.
So for the sake of argument if I uploaded my files into a directory called FCKeditor in my root and I am calling the editor from a script in my root I would use:
oFCKeditor.BasePath = "./FCKeditor/" Just make certain that you have that last slash there because the config .js file will require it. If you leave it off, you should get warnings that things couldn't be located. It just so happens (as you can tell by my example) that I put my script into my BasePath hence the "./"
