STRANGE BUG AFTER UPLOADING IMAGE

After uploading an image in the FCKeditor, each web page takes very long time to display (about 20 seconds) until i restart my (Tomcat) web server.

Is someone had (or have) this problem ?

any suggestion ? help ?
