Hope someone can help, I supporting s-chinese in form using FCKeditor.
Working great for Latin1 characters.
S-Chinese characters not showing in the editor in proper encoding.
I'm pulling my text from an SQL database.
I have the editor installed on an ASP page replacing a form text field.
The ASP page is charaterset UTF-8.
The really crazy thing is if I call the same text in a text field on the same form it renders fine
The Characters show up fine within the form text box when
遴选最佳人才
but when it show in the editor it's wacky
é´é€‰æœ€ä½³äººæ‰
I copied this text right out of the text field and FCKeditor on the same page.
Any ideas of what this humble developer is doing wrong?

RE: S-Chinese characters not in proper encoding
Server.HTMLEncode( sValue )
if i replace "Server.HTMLEncode( sValue )" with just "sValue" the s-chinese character show up.

RE: S-Chinese characters not in proper encoding
It's a hack but it works.
sValue = Replace( sValue , """", """ )
