Restict Font Size / Color

I've done a lovely job of integrating FCKEditor with my website (http://www.octane.ie), the trouble is that a lot of the people contributing content have no experience whatsoever with content management, they write their articles in MS Word and then cut and paste to my site with embedded font tags which completely screws the design.

Is there a way of setting FCK to only allow certain attributes like, for example, bold text, italic text, etc?

I think there is a way to activate "Always Paste from Word" so anytime they paste, it assumes they are pasting from word and cleans up the formatting, however you can instruct your users to use the Paste From Word button on the toolbar. In addition, you can disable just about every button on the toolbar except for the ones you want, like Bold, Italic, etc.
