Resource browser problem

Hello,
I didn't succed to make the resource brwoser work, I cannot create folders, upload images nothing.
There is no log in apache2.
Is there a place where I have to configure the upload path/perms ?
Is that a known prob ?

It could be permissions on the folders you have created - generally that tends to be an issue but it can be easily seen if you go to the test page.
The paths can be set in fckconfig.js - not sure which resource browser you are using. So hard to say for definite
