Replace text with links - ?

Hi everyone!

I have a list of words (or phrases) and the list of respective urls; in FCK, I search the words, and convert them to links - according to my list.

Is there any plugin or built-in way to automatically make such a "substitution"? Essentially, it is like a find/replace, but more like a find/make-a-link.
