Removing Auto Paragraph Tags from v2.3.1

Hi,

I have read viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6869&p=19330&hilit=%3Cp%3E+remove+tag#p18427

The problem I am having is that the FCKConfig.EnterMode line does not seem to occur in my fckconfig.js. I am using 2.3.1.

How can I achieve toping it from adding a beginning and ending paragraph tag automatically?
