RemoveFormat When Pasting

I have seen several unresolved questions in the archives about this.

Is it possible to run RemoveFormat when text is pasted directly into CKEditor (ctrl+v)?

Yes. Set forcePasteAsPlainText in your config to true;

Wouldn't this remove all formatting and not just those tags in the filtered lists?
