Remove body element from elementspath?

I have modified the elementspath and added a context menu to objects that allows me to input custom attributes. However, I don't want users to be able to even see the body element. How would I remove the body element, but leave the others in place? Do I have to touch the elementspath plugin myself or could I somehow configure it to not show the body element?

I fixed it by hacking the elementspath plugin directly. I Hate every time I do that because I know I'm creating problems for myself in the future when I'll update the CKE or forget to duplicate the changes in the compressed / uncompressed code. Anyway, the hack was to add the following check in the elementspath plugin.js inside `editor.on('selectionChange', function (ev) {...}` after the var name has been resolved so that the display element for body is not generated.
