Remove Format button doesn't work on custom styles in 2.5

Just installed FCKEditor 2.5, using the Drupal module. The "Remove Format" button seems to work on <strong> and <em>? tags but doesn't work with my custom styles. Is there a workaround? I can't find any way to remove the formatting on my custom styles (specified in fckstyles.xml) without editing the source...
