Quick image upload hangs with PHP

Any ideas?

I really do hate to be a pest, but the issue of hanging uploads is really critical. I would really appreciate help resolving this.

I've been unable to fix this problem by myself, even though I've been trying. I really do need help here, as I'm at a loss as to what is happening. Can somebody please comment on the situation so that I can possibly work towards a solution?

The issue is resolved. I upgraded the Drupal module for FCKeditor and everything is resolved.
