Problem with Image Manager

Hi all!

I am using opencart and it comes with ckeditor. However to use full features of ckeditor, I installed it myself on opencart and now facing issues with image manager.

When I need to insert a picture in the editor, I click on image icon then upload. after that whern I try to double click the image to bring the image url in, it is not letting me to do this.

also, it is not opening in its own dialogue window, it is loading in a browser window.

I trried alot but nothing is working for me. I need your help.
