Hi,there! I have a strange issue. CKEditor worked properly on my site. However, I was in my friend's house the other day and I wanted to show him my project via google chrome portable right from my usb flash. Then I noticed that CKEditor acted weird, especially when it comes to text selection. It unmarked the text on its own. Everything works fine with the normal version of Google chrome. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
PS: Please refer to the link above regarding the version of chrome portable that I use, if it matters at all.
Chrome Portable is not
Chrome Portable is not officially supported, meaning that we don't test CKEditor on it. I'm surprised though that it behaves differently than normal Chrome. I'm afraid that this should be reported to the maintainers of that project.

Thanks, man! I didn't know
Thanks, man! I didn't know that. For now on I will stay away from any unofficial browser.
I've not noticed any such
I've not noticed any such issues using Iron Portable. Copy/paste, image selection, links etc work OK. Might be of help. Avoids having Big Brother Google looking over your shoulder, too.
Other option is Seamonkey, which is a Mozilla browser with a more traditional style of interface. Since its core code is the same as FF it's very unlikely there would be compatibility problems.
