Problem purchasing license

I tried to purchase a corporate license for both FCKEditor and CKFinder but PayPal had some odd errors toward the end of them, and when it came back to the page, it said that we cancelled the process. We've sent several emails to the support email listed, but haven't received a response yet. Does anyone know what recourse we have to try to get these things purchased?
