Problem with php use

I am currently testing the fckeditor for a project that I am working on. I created a test file with six instances of the editor and it is working correctly. However, when I try to create the same six instances in the php file that is used in the project I get an "undefined" inside the text area for 4 of them.

Any ideas on what may be going on?
