Problem loading .css file on Joomla 1.5

Hi, i have installed fck on a Joomla 1.5 site running on a local server (XAMPP).
...the editor works fine, but when it loads displays this message
Warning: C:\xampp\htdocs\richardashton/templates/richardashton/css/template.css does not appear to be a valid file. Reverting to JoomlaFCK's default styles


Any ideas?

Im having the same issue. Have tried validation of CSS to check mine is good. It seems to be, so I do not know what is causing the issue.
Anyone got a take on this?
