Problem with filemanager

Most likely you changed one of the directories somewhere. I'd check two things, the config files to make sure that your directories are right and also your server to make sure the icons are in the right folder (or if they are uploaded at all). If you did a fresh install you shouldn't be having a problem unless one of the two things I mentioned is messed up.
