Problem changing styles

I'm trying to add custom styles to FCKeditor which is being used through the Website Baker CMS

I've tried editing fckconfig.js and fckstyles.xml. I've cleared my browser cache but none of my changes are showing up in the drop down boxes of the editor. What am I doing wrong?
