Problem with appearing "Image properties" in context menu

Hello. I insert template, where text surround image (image on the left side) and see that field "Image properties" not appeared in context menu. After some time I find a reason - this is attribute align="left". Is this a bug? Without this attribute field "Image properties" appeared. I need in this field, please, help me!
