Problem with Styles Combo in Internet Explorer

When I use Internet Explorer 7.0 and I select the styles combo box only the first few options appear and there is no scroll bar. If I turn the wheel on my mouse it does scroll down to see the other options. Also, when I right click on an image, the menu doesn't show the image properties option and it doesn't scroll down. It all works fine in FireFox. Has anyone else encountered this and is there any way to fix this?

I just checked the demo on for the editor and it does this too. Here is a picture of what is happening. I am thinking this is probably some kind of bug or compatability issue and there is probably not a way to fix this. Am I right?
