When the Spanish text from a SQL Server databasae is displayed in a web page, it displays correctly, ¿Cómo estás?
However, when it's loaded into FCKeditor, it's changed to ¿Cómo estás? Looking at the souce of the web page it shows correctly.
If I change it back to ¿Cómo estás? in FCKeditor and save it, it saves fine. Looking in the database it's stored as ¿Cómo estás? If I don't change it, it's stored as ¿Cómo estás?
I'm using the textarea replacement method:
oFCKeditor[i] = new FCKeditor( 'answer_text0', 400, 56, "Questions" );
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so I can display the correct value on the page and in the FCKeditor?
Thanks!

Re: Problem with Spanish Characters
¿
is BF in ISO-8859-1, but is represented as C2 BF in UTF-8. What happens is your page generates UTF-8, but the character set is most likely still identified as ISO-8859-1, which prints each byte of the UTF-8 sequence as individual character and you get  for C2 and ¿ for BF.
