Problem with IE and stressed characters

Hello,

I have a guy that add a picture with stressed characters inside the name, now fckeditor keep the name when you look inside the server to add a picture, but file doesn't exist on server, so now i can't choose a picture with IE because i have a XML error (200). So is there a way to remove this files that doesn't exist.
