Probably a bug anybody go a fix?

Finally got the editor to use my css for the content but now the toolbar dropdown lists use the body background colors from my css. Not a problem with light backgrounds but unreadable with dark or black. The mouseover highlight work fine and consistent. I've tried several css files and all the skins and the drop down background consistently uses the css body background. Anybody know where in the source this might be changed to maintain a consistent color?
