Prepopulate FCKEditor

How do I prepopulate the FCKEditor window when the saved content includes javascript? I can prepopulate it just fine when it is straight text or HTML, but with any reference to "<script...", the FCKEditor window will not display on my Edit page. I am storing the page content in SQL.
I searched the forum but could not find an answer on how to do this.

Here is the code I am using ("getContent" is my SQL query, "content" is the field name storing the page content):

Why are you using the javascript method instead of the coldfusion integration?

Switching to coldfusion integration fixed the problem. Thanks!
