Possible to "Extract" the Color Picker

I would like to know this as well

I want to get the colour and place into a text box on another part of site..

I am also interested in knowing how to get access to just the colour picker. So that I could have an extra button (not on the editor) to choose a colour.

I did the same thing for my site. Create a function on the page where you want to use the selector that opens an edited version of the fck_colorselector.html file from the dialog folder of the editor folder. Edit the Ok() function to call a function on the opener which receives the value of the selcolor field from fck_colorselector.html. Of course this means having another copy of the fck_colorselector.html file. There may be a way around that, but this was the quickest way I could do it.
