Plug in that creates hyperlink in FCKEditor

Hi All,

I need to create a plugin in my FCKEditor. The plug in should be in the form of dropdown list. When user selects an item in that dropdown it should place dyanmicall the selected text in the form of hyperlink at current cursor position. And when user single clicks on that hyperlink it should popup a window. Please help me in this issue ASAP.
