Please help with upload image and Javascript!

Hello!
Now I used CMS Limbo (Lite Mambo) ver 1.0.4
1)In editor Fckeditor ver 2.0 I can upload and see thumbs in window, BUT my javascript(paste in html) implement in editor, and on the site(make copy).
2)In editor Fckeditor ver 2.6.4 I can put my javascript(paste in html) and see only site(that need) BUT can't upload and see thumbs in window.
New version 3.0 beta - don't see my CMS(only html)

Please help me in 1 from 2 editors))
