Plantext or Rich Text in CKEditor?

I have CkEditor on my website of sliverlight application.

I want to display Email Body (Letter format text) in CKEditor.

Do I need to convert RTF text to Plain Text or just put RTF Text in CkEditor?

In Either case, I am not able to see the Email body in Letter Format Text in CkEditor as shown below:
