Permisson denied?

I'm clueless.

I'd solved the problem when fckeditor prompted me "Can''t create directory" message.
Now I'm stuck with the permission denied message.

What permission are they talking about here? I'm just running a test and don't have to log in to use my form.
And if I log in through ftp, I can jolly well create/delete anything.

Any clues?
