Many of our clients create their documents in Microsoft Word and when they're finished, they paste them into the editor. The problem is, when they paste it, they're losing some of the formatting of the text (things like bold, italics, etc.). I've had them use both the regular paste function and the paste from word function, as well as try saving the word document as HTML and paste from that. Nothing seems to work. It's important that the formatting remains, is there any way to fix this?
