Paste From Word Has Wrong Formatting

I have just started using CKEditor and I have integrated it with the Zend Framework. However I'm facing problem now when I try to paste from Microsoft Outlook or Word. Everytime I do so all the formatting is gone and when I look at the html source, wrong and depreceted attributes are used (e.g. it uses 'align="center"' instead of style="text-align:center" for centering text). So I need your help. Do I need any extra configuration to make this work? I tried also the sample pages with the installation package and they produced the same output.
