Hi everyone,
I'm having a little problem making fckeditor to work with our site. Instead of getting the 'text area' where I can edit the content, I'm getting a Page Not Found error. I've attached some screenshots to better explain what I meant.
This is what I'm getting.
This is what it should be (current hosting).
I don't want to bore you guys, but I feel like I should give a brief background on the situation...
The company that is currently hosting our site is closing, so they just tarballed the entire public_html right from the server and gave it to us. Now on our new hosting site, instead of putting everything on the root folder, we've decided to put it in separate folders and just use a domain pointer so we can host multiple sites on one hosting. That being said, the previous setup they had was pointing to -> root/admin/editor and now we have it as -> root/sap/admin/editor. I have a feeling that somewhere in there, there's just an invalid URL that I need to edit (Or so I think...I may be wrong). The problem is I can't figure out where or what to look for exactly. To be honest, this is the first time I'm working on fckeditor so I'm running partially blind here. I'd greatly appreciate any help. I've been stuck on this for 2 days so I figured I'm way over my head and it's best to consult pros who have more experience than me.
Also, I have one silly question...
What exactly does this mean:
"config.serverPath = ""; // use this to force the server path if FCKeditor is not running directly off the root of the application or the FCKeditor directory in the URL is a virtual directory or a symbolic link / junction"?
I'm afraid to edit that and mess something up even more.
Thanks in advance for all your assistance!
